    And many questions asked by woman the world over.
    Here’s a challenge for you, should you wish to accept lol.
    I am wheat/gluten & dairy intolerant (nearly 12 months) I am also trying to become vegan.
    I’m finding it hard to give up cheese, and I have a really bad sweet tooth which I think is hampering my efforts to lose weight.
    Can you advice me on possible ways to ditch cheese and help my sweet tooth? Lots of love a vegan in training x

    I put a lot of pressure on myself to be perfect! Beat myself up for drinking alcohol….this podcast has made me realise that we are all human and to not beat myself up for not being perfect! Thank you Kim

    Loving this podcast, thank you! So do you do a fasted cardio workout in am after your coffee? Is exercising fasting good?

      Exercising (strength training) is never good fasted, slow steady cardio is great because it jumpstarts your metabolism and really sets the tone for an active day 🙌

    Hello from California,

    I love listening to your podcasts so much great information, thank you.
    My question is the wondershake has sucralose in it as the sweetener. How do you reconcile that with the clean eating? I eat super clean too so not sure about ingesting a lot of sucralose everyday. And the wondershake macros are amazing, I can’t find anything even close. the vegan protein shake I drink tastes delicious but is 100 calories with 15 g protein a serving so those calories add up!

      Hi, I simply did my research and since I personally don’t have any adverse reactions to Sucralose I decided for me it was okay. You’ll need to make the decision that’s best for you though ❤️
