You’re funny! I mean that in a good way, of course. I just finished listening to your Biggest Mistakes podcast and was educated as well as entertained, and isn’t that the best way to learn? Not surprisingly, I have made all those mistakes in my gym career but never realized they were mistakes. So thank you for your candor and encouragement!

  2. Petra says:

Kim, thank you for great information and motivation. Thanks for openly sharing your mistakes and your knowledge. You have really helped me on my fitness journey. Much love!

  3. Mary Helen Richards says:

Loved this and your boldly candid authenticity! I am also excited about your master class. Timing is perfect as I have been craving and am recently back at the gym after 2 years hiatus. I am a yoga teacher/health coach & studio owner with passion and background in fitness. At 53 years of age, I made a comeback and won my division in a state bikini competition. Due to ‘disapproval’ of some of my peers in our studio, I backed off and now consider that one of my personal ‘big mistakes’. Thank you for reminding me to live what I teach as ‘be you’ for me is competing in physique. Namaste, MH

That was a great podcast, I have dabbled and just dabbled only, probably just been entertained is how you would explain it. I do have knowledge in the weights area but nothing like you just explained. Im 65 and have lead a off on gym life for 30 years, but after your pocast I think its time to get serious . I will start with some of your programs , my weights arnt heavy, actually embarrassing to say what I lift at the moment, but will start with the same program and not change and will work the load up. Thank you for all your info 🙂 Cheers Jenny.

  5. Linda says:

Thanks for addressing these mistakes, sadly I can relate perfectly to all three. I come from a sporting background and even when I was at my peak fitness, I still carried lower body fat. I have a fear of building too much muscle and always hold back on reps, so this program will be a mental and physical challenge but I believe it is possible with your program. I am now approaching 50 and I am generally fit but I am still struggling with that last 5kg. I recently had a dexa scan that showed my body fat at 24% and my muscle mass at 46kg. I would love to improve these figures before I turn 50 and I am positive that your experience will make this dream a reality. Please consider me for your free membership offer.

Awesome information. Honestly my inspiration and I now have a plan. Thank you for being so honest. You have no idea how literally I will learn from your 3 mistakes. Thank you from Toronto Canada.

  7. Lisa says:

I loved hearing this!!! I need to work on all three of those mistakes! Ugh ? I’m almost 53, healthy, active, but really want to tone and define. You are such an inspiration!

  8. Judith says:

Absolutely brilliant podcast. At 55 years of age I’ve struggled, have always trained hard but have never achieved the results that I felt merited the effort I put in. Only with starting your programmes, listening to the Q&As am I beginning to undo the bad habits I have formed and reset my body. Thank you Kim

  9. Jennifer says:

You inspire confidence in a world of BS confusion and I want to thank you for that. Your knowledge and to-the-point style is refreshing and up lifting. I need to push harder and eat more and so thanks for the kick in the behind.

  10. Monika says:

    Thank you!

  11. Julie Gray says:

Hi Kim, I really loved this podcast. It was Very informative. I know now I need to figure out exactly what type of body I want to and what will be my focus in the gym. I can hardly wait for the program to be available.

  12. Dina (me?) says:

I have worked out “forever” but since 2 back surgeries, fibromyalgia, arthritis in my hands and spine and carpal tunnel in both wrists (yes I am a mess at 50!) i had stopped working out for a few years and put on about 20lbs of “crap”(fat). I’m trying to get back into the gym but don’t have much energy or strength like i used to so i need to wear a back and wrist braces, but I cannot lift as before. Is it still possible to lose this fat and build muscle? I have cellulite and fat that I have never experienced and want to get in bikini comp. shape. Do u have any suggestions and how many of what macros? I am 5’2 and 115 with 17% body fat. Please help me figure this out as I have been getting deterred and give up. I really really want to get jn the best shape ever, although i have always had a cute little “pre comp” type body. Thx
P.S. If i don’t work out as hard on a day, should i lower my food intake? Carbs or proteins?

I just listened to this podcast (rather late I know) but the information you provide really resonated with me. I am always looking for a new program because I don’t stick with any of them long enough to see the results. I’m amazed at your wealth of information. Thank you for sharing that and sharing your experience. This has given me the motivation to stop changing my programs so often. You rock!
