A. If you follow this program for 8 weeks, you’ll see big improvements in your core strength and ab shape. However, you may need to reduce your body fat to get better visibility. To do that, I recommend following the 8 week shred meal plans or using any one of our shred programs.
A: Honestly, you’re too old NOT to start this program. Seriously love, you need to get your core strong if for no other reason than to stave off incontinence in later life. (Sad, but true). In fact, science shows that college-age kids don’t have to worry about hormone levels and muscle loss – getting in shape is easy for them.
