The Ultimate 12 Week Shred competition starts on Monday, September 12th, 2022 and ends on Sunday, December 4th, 2022. To be eligible to enter the competition you MUST start the shred on Monday, September 12th, 2022 or after. No entries BEFORE this date will be accepted.

A panel of professional judges will decide the top 10 finalists. We will announce this on social media and in the Facebook Group on Thursday, December 8th, 2022. When deciding the top 10, we will look for the contestants who have made the biggest transformation in their body, not necessarily those who are the most “ripped” or “shredded”.
