Q: Do I have to take any supplements?

A: No, you don’t have to, but to help your body recover better, there are supplements we recommend to get the most out of this program. None of the supplements contain any dangerous components or stimulants. They’re all designed to nourish and support your body - not send it crashing. However, no supplement will ever make up for a bad diet or lack of training. As always, if you have questions during your journey, simply ask us in the FB group or in the app community.

Q: Do I have to join a gym or buy equipment?

A: This program could be done at home with zero equipment, although you would have to get creative. However, if you’re willing to purchase some resistance bands, you’ll get a far more effective workout. It can also be done in a gym, using equipment there. We cater for both groups of people. Where there’s a will, there’s a way! Don’t let anything stop you from making it work. You deserve a fitness routine that makes you feel amazing.

Q: Will this work for vegetarians or meat eaters?

A: The program was designed specifically for vegans but can be adapted for vegetarians and omnivores as well, as long as you’re able to customize your own meal plans based on which foods you eat. If you’re vegan but your spouse or family is not, you can always adjust and add other ingredients to their meals - while keeping yours solely plant-based.

A: Yes. There are no dairy products in this program so easy peasy!

Q: Does this program work for women and men?

A: Absolutely. This can be done by anybody, at any age - but is geared especially for people who have just finished a shred. Because you can change the amount of load and make modifications, we have members in their 20s, 50s and 60s. If you’ve had injuries, there are modifications.

Q: Is there cardio in the program?

A: Yes, but this cardio is not extreme like running or Zumba. You’ll use low intensity steady state (LISS) cardio to help manage your body fat over this recovery period. You’ll can choose the activity you most enjoy, and we’ll explain how to taper off your cardio as you come out of your shred.
