Who is the program for?

What You Will Get

There are six core phases of the Sculpted Vegan Program, we release one phase every 8 weeks. Each phase contains a video lesson plus two corresponding workout PDFs to that you take to the gym every time you work out. You can choose from a 4 or 5 day workout.  When you click on the exercise name, a video will open of Kim Constable doing the exercise so you can follow along.

Once the initial 12 months are complete and all content has been released, you’ll have access to the entire library of training materials inside the member portal and can revisit and review as often as you like.

The Program Breakdown

There are six core phases to help you develop the skills to sculpt your ultimate physique.  Here’s the exact breakdown of exactly what you’ll be doing:

In order for you to exercise effectively, you need to allow your body time to acclimate to the changes. This phase will teach you the foundational movements that underpin all others. By the end of this phase, you’ll be able to squat beautifully, deadlift effectively and have developed the fantastic mind to muscle connection. You’ll start sleeping better, your digestive health will improve and your body will shed excess body fat. By the end of this phase, you’ll start to see some nice muscle definition emerge.

In Phase 2 you’ll start to notice some dramatic changes in your physique. This phase will concentrate mostly on building the muscles that run down the back of the body (the posterior chain) and also on building your booty and thigh muscles.The glutes are the strongest muscles in the body, but they are often inactive through years of us sitting on them!  This phase will change all that for you.  At the end of this phase you’ll notice that your behind is perkier, your thighs more shapely and that you walk taller and feel stronger day to day.

In this phase you will see more significant changes in your body and people will start how good you look. You’ll be eating a consistently clean diet and will have lost 10-20lbs of body fat.We’ll still work on a total body approach, but the exercises will be more advanced.  You will actually see muscles beginning to define and emerge.  Your booty will be higher and tighter and your tummy will be flat and (dare I say it) toned!

You’ll have reached your initial fat loss goals and are now entering a more advanced body-sculpting phase. This phase will build on the last phase by introducing intensive single body part training. Your whole physique will be fit and strong. This phase will bring up the lagging body parts that just need a little more sculpt. You will enjoy looking in the mirror. People will comment every day on what good shape you’re in and will want to know your secret! You know that working out is not what you do, but it’s who you are.

This phase will concentrate on building more strength and muscle and eating BIG! The final phase will work on stripping away excess body fat, so we need to build lovely strong muscles below the body fat so that you look womanly and athletic. You’ll concentrate on lifting heavy – pushing yourself to the max in every set, feeling yourself getting stronger week by week. Your body will look completely different now. You’re nearly 9 months into your journey, and eating and training like an athlete has become a way of life for you now.

This phase is the final and most intense phase as it is 16 weeks long.  You will embark on an athlete style shred identical to one that physique athletes would do before competition.  One of the major benefits of this phase is gradual fat loss, although the fringe benefits are just as impressive. In this phase you’ll see your body fat drop to the level of a physique athlete, and your whole body emerge into a completely new shape. Your muscles will be very well defined, you’ll have a nice cap on your shoulder delt and your quads lines will be visable.  All of your hard work over the past 10 months becomes apparent and you will finally see the fruits of your labour emerge!
