Cellulite: Follow These Exact Steps to Eliminate It Once and for All – Episode 79

If you can change your body, you can make a million dollars.

Pretty bold statement, right? But it’s true. The process it takes to change your body is the same as the process it takes to make a million dollars. And I know this because I’ve done both. And let me tell you: neither one is fast or easy.

So why do we get frustrated when our bodies don’t change as fast as we think they should? Why do we focus on our cellulite, compare our dimply skin to someone else’s smooth skin, and then beat ourselves up because the cellulite isn’t going away despite “doing everything possible”?

It’s because we have no real sense of reality. Many women come through my programs and expect to erase years—often decades—of abuse to their bodies in a few short weeks. What has taken years and years of bodily neglect to obtain (excess stomach fat, cellulite, etc.) can’t possibly be fixed overnight. It takes years of consistent, focused effort doing all the right things day in and day out, even when you’re exhausted, fed up, and honestly sick of waiting.

You keep going. You never quit. It has taken me 5 damn years to get rid of my cellulite and build an ass I’m truly proud of. And that’s with my starting point already being in a decent place! Getting rid of cellulite is not easy. Building a beautiful set of glutes is not easy. Making a million dollars is not easy.

What does it actually take? Listen to the specific strategies you can start implementing NOW to get rid of your cellulite, build your dream body, make a million dollars, or do whatever you damn well want—because these strategies apply to any goal you will ever have.

    Love your voice…. I am from Irish blood.. County Antrim.

    Anyway…. I have just turned 50… and I still look HOT, but I am looking to start body building… I’m like 5ft 10… 95 kilos… Live in Australia… and have just been diagnosed with Arthritis in my spine… I believe the weight bearing exercise is good for me… How do I start off easy and build up ? I am happily single and live with my 3 Staffy dogs a cat and 2 scorpions… I need a kick start and discipline to even start though…. Lazy through COVID… What is the best way to start?

    Kim, Huge thanks…HUGE!! YOU NAILED IT…the feeling I have after one week of Buns and Guns is…”will this fat EVER get off me??!!??🤣 And I know it will take longer than the next 6 weeks, but it IS a heck of a start for me from 5’2″ and 154″.
    I am determined to keep training daily…sometimes havent got the energy for the second cardio so do some pushups, jump rope, make sure I hit my 10K steps, and don’t sweat the fact that I can’t do one true chin up yet…but I will. I lied about my age too but hey…if I get 100% of the eating right and like eating this way, that is awesome as a habit for good health!! AND getting over 3/4s of the workouts done, that’s so much further down the road I need to get to, and I am determined. Pretty soon I will be able to do a few chin ups, and I WILL make big progress!!         I joined buns and guns!!!! Which butt exercises build the top of your butt? Mine is flattish and Id like to do extra exercises for that. So far, I love the program! I love the veggie soup! I’m 54 and hoping to loose that cellulite and gain more muscle!! 💪🏼🙏🏻

    Love the honesty & grit you brought to the podcast. So many times you are promised “get rid of your cellulite or trim your waist in just 15 mins a day”.

    All these programs promise you that you will transform yourself in 30 days or 6 weeks etc.

    This was the first time I’ve heard it spelled out, that doing an 8 week program won’t get you there, but it’s a stepping stone in the process, so be realistic about your starting point and once you’ve completed the first stepping stone, re-assess & choose the next & then the next. That is where I have gone wrong, resorted to old habits because I was disappointed not to achieve the results I thought I should have.

    Thanks Kim, I’m in it for the journey, taken my first step, I will be realistic, will measure my progress & I am already preparing for what my second step will be so I can make sure I don’t stop moving!!

      Yes! 🙌 This is honestly the biggest thing wrong in our fitness society, trainers trying to sell pipe dreams! People ask all the time, “what makes your programs different”? I tell them it’s quite simply that I ask my athletes to do the hard shit, again and again because that’s what it takes! I don’t lie to my communities, I give it to them straight. That’s what makes me different 💕 I’m so glad you’re here, and because of that you will find success!

    Iv jumped on and off band wagons and why It’s never worked for me because I ALWAYS gave up didn’t see change and failed. Your pod cast on cellulite has changed my mind set on never giving up. You want results you just keep going, keep learning, keep moving do what it takes. Dah Dum ( light bulb moment ) nothing happens over night but if you keep going and going no matter how long it takes you will see results. Stay focused stay committed and keep LEARNING 😊👌💪

    One example for me i started in the make game a year and half ago going in with no knowledge at all in the bank, did my courses watched you tube watched everything I could ( why wasn’t I getting better why are these girls learning at a high rate then me ) it just hit me they had $$$ in the bank it’s taking well over a year now and I finally have my first client I’m super excited about will it be a hit I bloody hope so if not it’s ok I will learn from it and do what I can do to do it better.
    And this I will use for my fitness journey.

    I’m not sure I’ll ever get rid of my cellulite!
    Believe it or not I had the fat from my body injected in my butt (BBL) I didn’t have cellulite on my ass before the procedure, but I sure do now! I wish I would have found these programs before the BBL. I’m going to keep training, hoping the muscle will grow, since I still have a pancake butt, it’s a lot better since I just finished Butt Camp! Was going to do it again but decided to do Guns and Buns! I’m 58 and feel that I look amazing thanks to Butt Camp!!! Taking a week off will start next week! Love Kim! I’m Irish too!

    Love the analogy in this pod cast. I’ve never had any aspirations of running my own business, but I have always wanted a sculpted lean, strong body with no cellulite. At 55 yrs old, I don’t know if it’s achievable, but it’s now or never. You have definitely motivated me and believe I have to TRY. Only have this one life and I just want to strive fir the best I can possibly be. Thank you for giving us the knowledge and the hope it can be done if we never give up.     I honestly wasn’t going to comment since I have already purchased three of The Sculpted Vegan programs (Butt Camp, 18 Month Sculpt and Shred, and Buns & Guns (listened to the second half of this podcast while doing my fasted cardio this morning) so I felt I was good. But what motivated me to comment was the message behind this process of how to get rid of cellulite. The underlying message is what I get inspired by and today was no different but it was even more enlightening than others! Every move we make is only a STEP on our journey, it is not the end all be all. As you said, we KNOW this but fail to recognize it when we feel like we’re putting our blood, sweat, and tears into something, ONE thing. The B&G program is a step on my way back to fitness but also a step in overcoming my grief at a recent loss and this podcast helped me recognize that.     Thanks so much Kim for your transparency, motivating knowledge and support of others. One thing that I know about myself from such hardships in life at an early age is that I’m not a quitter. I’ve never quit at anything but… I’ve not really had set out defined goals! This year is all about me after 4 years of an abusive financially controlled separation that is turning into a divorce right now, all at his choice. I am climbing out of poverty and will be looking smoking hot, healthy and happy even at my advanced age. I will keep on setting goals, and every little success will accumulate to huge results. You’ve proven that in so many aspects…to keep going. There are no failures and no perfection! They are small victories! You are awesomely inspiring with all of your accomplishments which you’ve shared. Thank you.

    Thank you for being real and telling it like it is and how it will be. Pictures and ads and media portray things to be easy and you’ll be beautiful, but it’s not easy and you made it “real” in you podcast. It takes a lot of time and consistency and motivation and determination and we are all in different phases of life and have different challenges to overcome. We can’t compare ourselves to someone else, even though that is hard thing not to do. There’s not a magic short cut as much as we’d like one. Thank you.

    Well this gives me hope!! Massive weight loss is a big challenge and the work left to do with the loose skin & cellulite is overwhelming. Glad to know that even ppl who didn’t have much to lose also have to work very hard to eliminate this.

    Thank you, Kim for the REALITY CHECK and encouragement! I was a little down taking my 1 week process photos for Buns & Guns, and thought I wasn’t doing well enough. (I was borderline hypothyroid in early 2019. And thought that may be why I was struggling) … but hearing your words, realizing I’m maybe $10k “debt” because of it? It was refreshing to know that it took you YEARS to get the INCREDIBLE body you have now, -such an inspiration!! I’ll work off that “debt” and KEEP your voice in my head.
