Learn All My Success Secrets In This Bonus Interview With Shane Walsh – Podcast Episode 67

It took me 6 years to make my first million and nearly 5 years to get the body I have now.

My successes haven’t come easily.

I remember vividly the moment I decided I wasn’t happy with my body – at age 37!

(you’ll hear about this moment in this episode)

I had been living on 1200-1400 calories a day, basically starving, and still wasn’t happy. Something clicked. I knew the only way I was going to change my body was to do something different.

Joining the gym and finally hitting the weights for the first time in my life ignited my love of muscles that was dormant for many years.

My body changed rapidly as I trained hard AF, ate like a horse, and filled up my softening, sagging skin with gorgeously plump muscles.

I showed up every damn day, did the work,  and refused to give up.

And I apply this to everything that I do. It’s the reason I now run two multi-million dollar businesses, have an incredible family life, and have a physique I’m damn proud of.

It was never easy. It will never be easy. But it’s certainly much easier than giving up and looking back wondering how successful I could have been.

You’re going to hear all about:

  • What my husband was worried about when I started competing years ago

  • What not to say to your kids to ensure they have a healthy body image

  • How I balance my work life, family life, and personal body goals (these tips might surprise you)

  • My top advice for ultimate physique change

  • The hilarious reason I first went vegetarian (& eventually vegan)

  • and so much more!

As you listen to this episode, I want you to identify what success looks like for you, and how you can apply my tips to ensure you’re on the right track towards meeting any goal you have.

I can’t wait for you to hear this.

Love, Kim xo

This podcast was like church for my soul, body, mind and mama heart! Everything is so relative to my life right now from home-schooling my 15 year old son in virtual and wondering about what is most important to educate him on to our family losing $40k of our income last year due to covid and most recently helping me get through week 4 in your Buttcamp! Truly Kim this podcast gave me the mojo and inspiration that I need in every aspect of life right now. Today at 4:45 a.m. was the first time I didn’t hit the snooze button for round 1 of cardio! I had a pep in my step determined to do my best, make you proud and show my friends and your followers what your affordable programs are capable of if one puts in the work! Much love, respect and gratitude!

It’s so funny to me because every thought I have while listening to your podcasts eventually leads to you talking about those exact points. I binged all of your episodes while doing my cardio and strength workouts during your current Butt Camp program (it’s my first experience with your programs and holy shit I wanna marry you! Yes…I made it weird, but I don’t care). Being reminded that just because I’m 37 and want to develop a shit hot body (I say that all the time now thanks to you lol), it doesn’t make me special. And I am totally fine with that.

Following you and hearing about what you’ve done to get where you are mentally, physically, emotionally, etc is a constant reminder to me of the type of person I want to be. No bullshit, determined, consistent, all the things to have the BEST body I’ve ever had by the time I’m 40 as well as develop a significant online fitness business.

The raw, real, true to yourself attitude that you carry pushes me to have the confidence to not let the fear that comes up in all these situations end up stopping my progress in all aspects. So I must extend a significant THANK YOU for providing me a light to follow through all these processes just by being you.

Annnnnd I so badly want to move to Ireland for 2 reasons, it’s refreshing to hear real talk and not wonder if people are being fake and frankly I just wanna sit and have a conversation because I love y’alls damn accents!!!

I will continue to follow what you do and strive to be your competition one day (I know you probably just said, “Yeah sure, whatever sweetheart, go ahead and try” (possibly out loud lol), but what are we if we don’t create and follow a dream goal?!)

    • The Sculpted Vegan says:

This is one of the best comments I have ever read! Totally not weird, I get marriage proposals every single day ❤️ With your mindset, I believe 100% that you absolutely will have your shit hot body and it’s always important to set those dream goals no matter what they are you need something to work towards to keep you on track! Ireland would be lucky to have you for sure! Thank you for all the love you have shown, and please tag me in your post Butt Camp transformation would love to see it! ?
