      Hi .I’m planning on competing next year .I’ve a vegan and worried that cant consume enough protein.most vegan foods are quite hight in fats and carbs. I’ve started to take 3protein shakes a day but if you can recommend a food substtance to take.so I can make prep abit easier as a shake doesnt always fill me.
