This Lifehack Made Me $4 Million – Podcast Episode 48

You cannot make time. But you can juggle with it, kick it around a bit, and tweak its nose. Relax, listeners, I haven’t lost my mind. But people are always asking me how I find the time to sculpt my body, raise four kids, and run a successful business. Some people even accuse me of having more time than everybody else. But I swear, I haven’t invented the 30-hour day. For years, I thought I’d never find the answer to that question. But after copious amounts of research and experimentation, I found a way to make the most of the time I have. My business, my training, and my family life have never looked back.

    Dear Kim,
I needed to listen to you today. Yes, I follow you because I see myself in you, I have that mindset to be the best version of myself. I have struggled with organization, planning is not my strength. After listening to you, I will start today being more proactive and plan my days. In the last 10 years, i have always made time for my “Important and non-urgent”, juggling between taking care of my 3 kids as a single parent and learning the skills i need to be successful. Thank you for your message, it helped me tremendously! And i am off to make my list and start planning my day before my kids wake up. With great appreciation and kindness, Nadia

IM going to put in the hard core work!!! I want incredible results and expand. The time management is on point!!! What’s important will always get done! Saying what you will do and do it!

  9. Caroline Ferguson says:

    Hi Kim 🙂
This podcast has resonated with me so well.
I am also a mum of four, (7 years apart) they’re older now though I do remember having a couple of those break down moments myself. As a single parent, working and having to go through family law with ex for 7 years, with having to conform to traditional parenting and literally chop the wood and lift the furniture etc Practicing therapeutic massage on the side and try to set up my own business for four years which did not work out ?
The kids even remember the time I tripped while holding a banana box of jars of home made jam, fell on my butt hard, cried and didn’t move for a while ? and tell me that I was crazy ? I had to put their damn shoes on ten times in the mornings ?
Now they are 24, 21, 19 and 17 (Two oldest have left home) and I am 43 and have two grand babies!
I have found all those years were worth every moment as I have become someone who can get through anything! My sisters even call me an amazon woman ?

Though the fitting time in for more and always wanting more has always been a battle with me, as is for most women!

Your words really hit home and re awaken part of me I had forgot.
Thanks so much for sharing xoxox

FYI I am buying a diary ASAP (next time I am in the supermarket which is always tomorrow because -TEENS! ).

    • The Sculpted Vegan says:

  10. Catladee says:

Omg that’s me. I’m the twin mamma. I’m actually crazy organized. I’ve had To Do lists ranked by importance and every event in my iCal on my iPhone for ages. But the kids always throw a wrench into my planning and schedules…I’m so You at that stage where they won’t leave the house without a fit and they make me insane just cuz they have the wrong colour ice lolly. Trust me. I want this. I’ll give it my best effort. Ur truly amazing!!

    • The Sculpted Vegan says:

I heard this from one of my coaches today! I do hope our twin mom coach can be of help to you in the Butt Camp..:) You can do this, remember being a mom is hard, especially a twin mom keep breathing you’ve got this!

  11. Merry Beth Denney says:

My 2 favourite gems from this episode: ‘No one cares. Work harder’ and ‘I really do love you, swear to God’. Thank you, Kim! We love you too ?

    • The Sculpted Vegan says:

Yes!! It really is the truth, we all have our issues and hurdles that we face and overcome everyday! Love you too

  12. Marcela says:

Incredibly inspiring podcast, thank you Kim! I sometimes wonder how different my life would be if I came across your podcasts couple years ago. I would definitely be better organized, and further ahead in life and definitely further ahead in my fitness. I am so pumped to be doing the Butt camp. I love every second of it including my step master cardio because I get to listen, and re-listen, to your podcasts!

  13. Kirsten says:

Thank you again for another lovely and educational podcast! Anything we want to do in life takes hard work! When I shared my 8 week butt camp results on facebook I didn’t sugar coat it. I wanted people to know that it took me 2-3 hours a day of hard work not including meal prep! That’s on top of kids, marriage, jobs, sick family members etc… the list goes on but I just got up everyday with NO excuses! I do know that it was the right time in my life for that commitment and that’s also what I explain to people when they ask me about all the details!

Over the years I started my own to-do lists. This made a huge difference for me. I don’t have categories like you suggested but I think I always did that. I would look to see what was urgent on the list and set out to complete that first…. than work my way down the list only when I had time for the others! Way less stressful! Oh and the feeling to cross something off my list is very satisfying! I got my planning side from my mother. She had budgets, meal plans and only went grocery shopping once a week. I got a lot of organizational skills from her too! I always put boring tasks with fun things like folding laundry while talking to a friend, play music while finishing my taxes, dance while washing the dishes! I do think a take away I had today was to schedule times in my life in the certain areas I want more success in. If I want to work on my relationship with my kids I need designated times for it.

You do mention how lovely your marriage is and I was wondering if you would do a little marriage podcast for us! Ohhh even better would Ryan do one with you lol!? I am like you and I always love to work on things to make everything better in my life! I still wonder how you did it all by yourself when the kids were younger without his help!

“Don’t put it down, put it away”… This is what I live by but no one else does in my house. I need to make this a house rule!

  14. Monika says:

I love how you not only inspire others to take charge of their bodies but equally as impressed as you show how to take charge of their life, which technically go hand in hand. I have done your programs and have felt an overwhelming desire to improve everything else in my life as well! Thank you for guiding the way!

    • The Sculpted Vegan says:

Yes!! Overall health and wellness, touches every part of our lives! I’m so glad you’re getting so much out of the Podcast and programs. I do hope you’ll continue to listen in! 15. Tammy says:

I am so your “tribe”! I have had so much going on in my life! I’m currently in the 8-week butt camp, is it easy? Hell NO! Am I doing it perfectly? Hell NO! Am I doing it anyway! Hell YES! I recently left California to be with my family in Michigan. I’m staying with my BFF and her husband (so grateful), I’m taking care of me so I can be a better version of myself as I’m helping out my family and friends here. I am currently in hypnotherapy to help me release unresolved “old shit”, I’m doing the 8-Week Butt Camp, I signed up for the 18-Month program before I heard about the butt camp, so I put that on hold until that’s over, I signed up for the Million Dollar Mentor, I’m working on my MLM business, along with a couple of affiliate products and building a program for my coaching business. I’m also a massage therapist so I’m giving massages when I feel called to do so… I’m not used to being around so many people anymore so juggling has been a little overwhelming at times but I’M DOING IT ANYWAY! I’m so grateful for you and everything you bring out in me! I am a better person just by being in your programs. I also did a 4-week shred last year. I’m so excited to be here on this journey with you! Thank you for always surprising and delighting your audience! Especially me! I love you and everything you stand for!

    • The Sculpted Vegan says:

Sitting here with tears in my eyes reading your comment, what an amazing soul you are! I am honored to walk beside you in your fitness and business journey, you are doing great things and we will take you to new heights together! Thank you for being uniquely you. I look forward to continue to watching you evolve throughout your journey!

  16. Sandra Laneuville says:

Your podcasts are always so helpful!! I’ve been feeling so overwhelmed with all the new information about building a business, I feel like I’m spinning my wheels learning left and right and not really having launched my program yet. I’m relieved when you say all the things you learned in the beginning helped you in the long run to become successful even though you don’t necessarily use all of it now! I’m grateful to you <3

    • The Sculpted Vegan says:

Absolutely, love! Failure is how we learn and grow. So, instead of allowing it to get you down, look at how you can turn it into your success! I wish you the best in this journey!
