How to Train Your Mind to be Calm – Episode 27

Rose Henry changed my life. When you’re training your body intensely it’s easy to forget to look after your mind. It was my mum who found her, and badgered me to give her a try. I did, and wow. Not only does she perform tarot readings that blow my sceptical mind, but her meditations are so centring and calming. So let’s see what she has to say about the current crisis.

    I just wanted to say I am so glad that I listened to your podcast Kim and Rosè is truly amazing. I woke this morning feeling a little anxious and overwhelmed by what is going on in the world but at the end of this I feel a sense of calm and understanding. It’s clearer to me now what is happening in our universe. The earth is healing itself and so are we. With that knowledge I now have I am actually happy and ready to embrace the next 6 months. Thank you both for enlightening me and giving me a new tool to help me through this challenging time 🙏

      Wow! The meditation with Rose 🌹I didn’t even know I needed. As I felt the beautiful sunshine course through my body through the guided meditation, the tears literally flowed from my eyes like a stream needing to be released from my body. Beautiful…thank you! Will use this precious tool to help heal myself and thus the world.

    Oh wow this couldn’t have come at a better time for me! Thank you Kim and Rose for this awesome podcast and the bonus of a meditation. Did yoga yesterday (Kim’s) followed by the meditation and it helped so much, will be dong it everyday this week for sure. Anxiety was getting the better of me so this is like a gift, it’s like you knew I needed this right now 😊 Thank you 🙏
