You’ve heard a lot from me about teaching diet and fitness programs, so this week it’s time to visit the flip side. Vanessa is one of my students. Apart from being hilarious, she’s also a working mom bringing up three young kids, and now has ass cheeks that can crack nuts. How did she juggle all those commitments with her desire to completely transform her body? Let’s find out.

    Amazing podcast, it has made me go back in time to how I use to be before my accident happened. I remembered how frustrated I was but that I pushed myself with setbacks numerous times I finally got back to my happy body then had another freak accident in 2015 still struggling just had 3rd surgery on knee but listening to both of you the energy in your voices has given me the push I need it’s a long road but I’m sure with this program & post from regular people I can do it
