    I think you’re site is absolutely amazing. Everytime I look at your toned muscular body I look back on the times I wanted to look like you. In all honesty I still aspire to look like but lo and behold all of a sudden I became a 63yr old and thought that’s it, my chances of being sculptered are over. What I wouldn’t do to have a body like yours (old age permitting. I also have an a affinity for your NI dialect as do I. All the best to you and the brilliant work you do.

    Hi, I really enjoyed your podcast, and totally related to what you said. I too focus on the imperfections, and am never satisfied. Im 60 and when I look back at photos from when I was younger I looked amazing, but I never felt it at the time. I was always seeking perfection.

    I’m entering a new decade this year…I’m turning 60! My goal is 2020 Vision…becoming the best version of myself as I transition into this new phase of my life. Eating vegan is new to me, but I’m finding that I feel better than I ever have! I have so much energy, sleeping better and am starting to see definition in my body in just a short amount of time. Thank you for sharing this lifestyle with me! I look forward to continuing to learn and grow!

      What you said in this podcast Kim really reflects the behaviour I have been keeping towards myself for such a long time and I am so happy to be now in the 4week shred because I feel like for the first time in my life I have really set a goal that has completely changed my mindset and working towards it without being a flag moving with the wind is the most rewarding feeling ever..and you know what?…never been so focused and happy to be as I am and where I am right now…no matter what result will Iachieved…Thank you, thank you, thank you for sharing your life with us..it is such an inspiration!
