This is the story of how I learned to do just that – to regularly show up for myself – and how it completely changed my fitness, my business and my relationship with my kids…

This is exactly what I needed to hear! Discipline is what I’m lacking in my goals. I too, am ambitious to begin my own business but I work 8:30-5 and have a family. Finding me time for my workouts I thought was hard, but what’s harder is me getting in my own way. 4:00am wake up is gonna be what it will have to take to make the changes and reach my own goals! Thank you Kim!! ??

This podcast really resonated with me and I find alot of similarities with you Kim. Nothing ever comes out of my mouth unless I know that I will do it. That is how I became vegan and how I completed the 4 week shred. What I need to do now is determine what my specific goal is. I know that I am determined and disciplined enough to do it…I think that it will be the 18 month program! Thanks for all of your motivation. You are amazing and are such a role model for me

Also, applying public accountability for motivationsl drive is key. The only person you let down is yourself if there’s no consistency…no excuses..good podcast Kim! Integrity boosts moral!

In the last 16 hours, I’ve watched all the Phase 1 videos for the new Sculpt & Shred, an older Live video, plus your two most recent podcasts — so now they are all running together. But THANK YOU for your passion and dedication. Thank you for being real about the work. You’re right. It relates to all aspects of our lives — work, relationships, etc. I went to a conference with my real estate company recently, and someone shared this Michaelangelo quote that has pierced me deeply & forever. “I saw the angel in the marble and carved until I set him free.” It was that quote that was of the catalysts that nudged me to come back and re-visit The Sculpted Vegan. Then, I watched your videos and re-heard from Kim…..”The work only starts when the pain begins / You don’t stop when it gets hard. That’s when you start pushing more/ A spotter isn’t there to make it easier…they are there to make it harder…to keep the momentum.” Thank you!
