Great great advise. This new mind-set will help me stay on track during the week, knowing I can earn a weekend re-feed meal or day. What a relief it would be to say goodbye to the guilt! show prep . But now I am 52 an
Post Menopause so I wont have that cue that I am too low on leptin.
any tips? My prep in the past has been excruciating so I am looking forward
to trying the 4WS to see what happens!! I have done a re feed meal but
not more than like once or twice during a 20 week prep

I’ve heard of refeed meals but never knew if they were ok to do or not. Knowing that there will be a refeed meal or day coming up will help get me through the days that I may be struggling to get through. If I hadn’t heard it from the expert I would have felt guilt doing so. Not going crazy but a big bowl of oatmeal when you’re struggling or an avocado toast can be amazing.
