How to Motivate Yourself to go to the Gym | Intense Solo Leg Day Workout

Just before leaving for Biarritz, I’ve decided to train legs without my trainer, Mark. Follow me as I talked about how I motivate myself to go to the gym almost every day and see how I conquered training legs without my trainer for the first time!

I love how blunt Kim is, she is bloody marvellous. I do have a question. I work out with weights at home, I do push my self but I worry because I’m on my own and don’t have anyone to spot me. So rather than more weight I do more reps in my set. Is this still good enough. Also how much cardio do you have to do when trying to get shredded x

We have many members who work from home too, so there are so many adjustments you can make when training from home to get you to failure! Definitely join the Insiders group if you’re not already there https://www.facebook.com/groups/svpinsiders/ so you can chat with coaches and members. Yes, more reps is definitely one of the ways to hit failure. The amount of cardio when shredding is really dependent on many factors. I would check out the different programs under units in the Insiders group. See you inside the group! I hope this was helpful!
