Q. Do you really answer questions in the Facebook group?

A: Yes, myself and my team really answer your questions on the Private Facebook Group every single day. Every single member is important to me and if you’re struggling, I want to help you succeed. So if you’re interested in getting personal advice straight from The Sculpted Vegan, now is the time to get onboard.

Q: Do I have to take supplements?

A: No you don’t have to, but there are some that we recommend that are entirely optional. However, no supplement will ever make up for bad diet or lack of training. You don’t need any supplements to burn fat or build muscle. But if you’re doing the program with gusto, then a few supplements can accelerate your progress and we advise on these with care.

Q: Do I have to join a gym or buy equipment?

A: Yes, this is a gym based program. You DO need some kind of resistance training because that’s the key to revving up your metabolism, sculpting lean muscle and keeping the muscle you already have.  If you want to build a gym at home, that’s fine too. But you’ll need squat rack, plates, barbells, dumbbells and some kind of cables for the best chance of success.

Q: I don’t want to get super bulky - I want to feel strong, sexy and hey, have abs! Will this program work for me?

A: Yes. The program was developed BY a physique competitor, but it’s not just FOR competitors. Think of it this way: Bodybuilders are the leanest, most muscular people in the world, so if you want to get leaner or more muscular, who better to learn from? I designed the program so you can use fitness model techniques to reach your own personal goals, whether that’s getting super ripped or just looking lean, losing 100 pounds or the last 10 pounds, it’s built around your needs.

Q: Does the program work for men, as well as women?

A: In short, yes but you may feel outnumbered by the women in the group if you are a man and you choose to join.Just sayin’.

Q: I just turned 59. Am I (and be honest) too old?

A: Absolutely NOT.You’re too old NOT to start this program. The science shows that college-age kids don’t have to worry about hormone levels and muscle loss – getting in shape is easy for them. A: Yes. Gluten intolerance is common and you can easily work around it. The food choices are flexible and substitutions are easy.

Q: Are you a vegetarian or meat eater? That’s OKAY. You don’t have to be vegan.

A: The program was designed specifically for vegans but can be adapted for vegetarians and carnivores as well, as long as you’re able to customize your own meal plans based on which foods you eat. But doing this is easy once you know how to plan and track (which is what we show you in the first lesson).

Q: Will this work in my country? I’m worried I won’t have access to all these foods.

A: Yes. We have members all over the world and you can adapt the food choices to work wherever you live.
