Q. Do I get access if I bought the original 4 Week Shred?

A: No. This shred program requires a new purchase. While the previous 4 Week Shred was effective, this completely new program is an entirely different experience. Every single part of the program is different.  It’s effectively a NEW program.

Q. Do you really answer questions and give personal coaching on your site? How do you find the time?

A: Yes, it’s true: My team and I answer all your questions in the SVP Facebook group - every single day! We absolutely love and cherish this community - and do all we can to support you. Truly. Every single member is important to me and if you’re struggling, I want to help you succeed. Q: Do I have to take any supplements?

A: For the first time ever I have created a program with zero supplements.  Why? It’s simple. Money is tight and resources are scarce. This is not a time to worry about spending extra $$$ on supplements.  What will get you jacked is good nutrition and consistent workouts. While supplements can give you marginal gains in some areas, they are not needed to complete this program.  Of course, if you have been taking supplements for general health and want to continue to do so, that is absolutely fine. But please know that your results will not be hindered if you choose not to take any.

Q: Do I have to join a gym or buy any equipment?

A: While having access to a pull up bar might make life a little easier, it’s absolutely not needed.  As long as you have a kitchen table or bench, a couple of chairs or couches and a broom handle, you’ll have everything you need.  All you need is a floor, a bench and your own body.

Q: I don’t want to bulk up - will this program still work for me?

A: Yes.! This program is designed to give you an athlete’s body, not a bodybuilders body.  You’ll never look like Arnie on this program, as that kind of body requires a s**t load of weight and a little (or a lot) of chemical help.  This program will give you the body of a true athlete. Long, lean muscles and strong, shapely legs. Rather than looking pumped and swole, you’ll look streetfighter jacked and shredded.

Q: Does the program work for men as well as women?

A: Absolutely. This program has different levels to work from starting from the most basic beginner to the advanced athlete.  You choose your level. The exercises are exactly the same for both men and women, although men may have a more advanced starting point with some of the upper body ones.  The nutrition program is tailored for both men and women, with the men’s meal plans containing more calories. This is because men have more muscle than women naturally, and therefore have higher metabolisms, requiring more calories.  The competitions are separate for men and women for the first time ever!

Q: I just turned 59. Am I too old to start this program? Please be honest.

A: Honestly, you’re too old NOT to start this program. Seriously love, you’re in the perfect stage to start. In fact, science shows that college-age kids don’t have to worry about hormone levels and muscle loss – getting in shape is easy for them. From your 30’s to 40’s and beyond, that’s when hormones and metabolism start to go haywire. If you don’t eat the right food and get the right exercise, your muscles (and bone density) disintegrate faster with every passing year, while fat goes on easier. This is why the older you get, the MORE important it is to join a program like this. Age 35-55 is our biggest member demographics and more people are joining us after 55 than ever before. The results? Absolutely incredible.

Q: I can't eat wheat or any products with gluten. Can I still follow the nutrition part of the program?

A: Yes. Gluten intolerance is common and you can easily work around it. The food choices are flexible and substitutions are easy.

Q: I'm lactose intolerant. Can I still do the program?

A: Yes. There are no dairy products in this program so easy peasy!

Q: Will this work for vegetarians or meat eaters?

A: The program was designed specifically for vegans but can be adapted for vegetarians and omnivores as well, as long as you’re able to customize your own meal plans based on which foods you eat. If you are vegan but your spouse or family is not, you can always adjust and add other ingredients to their meals - while keeping yours solely plant-based.

Q: Will this work in my country? I'm worried about not having the foods required where I live.

A: Yes. We have members all over the world and you can adapt the food choices to work wherever you live.
