Who’s this program NOT for?
I won’t lie - this program is only for certain types of people. It doesn’t matter if you’ve NEVER even stepped in a gym. That’s irrelevant.
Even if new or returning to working out…

- You want to rest after “feeling sore”. This program will hit your muscles hard, and you’ll need to push through.
- You only want to work out a few days a week. To get truly peeled, this takes 6 days a week - even if it means waking up at 5 am, when it’s still dark out.
- You want every meal hand-picked for you. Sure, there are sample plans in the program, but this isn’t a prescriptive meal plan with recipes. You’ll be given tools and principles to craft your OWN nutritional needs, which is the most effective way to do it..
- You expect to look like me after 3 months. If you follow the program, you’ll be more fit & shredded than EVER before...but it still takes years to sculpt to the level I have.

Yes I want it, but I have a question
A: This program has a completely different approach, goals and workouts from the 4 Week Shred. There is not one part of it that is the same.
The 4WS is meant to be done as a one time, quick-get-hot fix (such as for a wedding, event or the like). The 4WS is NOT meant to be repeated back-to-back. In fact, doing the 28 day program on repeat could be potentially HARMFUL to your metabolism. It’s called a diet for a reason. There’s a start and end date...it’s not meant to be cycled over and over..
That’s why I created this 12-week program - as an in-between stepping stone from the 4WS, which is only about burning fat. In contrast, this program has a focus on also sculpting muscle and is far less time consuming - with only 1 hour of workouts 6 days a week...and more food options.
(i.e. You CANNOT eat a banana on the 4WS. Hell no to sugar. Totally allowed in the 12WS.)
A: This program is designed to be done in the gym, although I’ve deliberately kept the exercises super simple. In order to work out at home, you’d need a wide variety of equipment such as barbells, squat rack, dumbbells and possibly cables. However, if you have these, a simple Google search for “at home variation for “insert name of exercise” will suffice. As long as you’re working the same muscle group, you can substitute accordingly. Remember, you can always bring questions and thoughts, once the program is purchased, into the private Facebook group!
A: Yes. We have members all over the world and you can adapt the food choices to work wherever you live.
A: The program was designed specifically for vegans but can be adapted for vegetarians and carnivores as well, as long as you’re able to customize your own meal plans based on which foods you eat. If you are vegan but your spouse or family is not, you can always adjust and add other ingredients to their meals - while keeping yours solely plant-based.
A: Yes. Gluten intolerance is common and you can easily work around it. The food choices are flexible and substitutions are easy.
A: Absolutely. Women have different needs and the program provides the exact method to work out your individual protein and carb requirements. However, the workout programs work equally well for men and women, as you choose your own weights and resistance. Straight up, like really straight up? This program is the ultimate body shaping program!
