There’s no better reminder I’m still carrying winter weight, than a warm day in Spring.

It’s also a kick in the ass to get ready for Summer… which is what I’m getting ready to do right  now.

I was white, wobbly, and badly in need of a wax…

A. This is a 4 week shred program focusing on five 30-minute workouts each week that hit the whole body and get you ready for Summer. The training program is designed so anyone can do it from home with minimal equipment.

You also get a complete meal plan for the 4 weeks (though you can create your own based on the details we provide) and community and coaching support in an exclusive Facebook pop-up group made specially for this Shred.

A. This is the first time we’re using a follow-along format for the workouts. You won’t be doing individual exercises by yourself – it will be as part of the Summer Shred group. Members can do this at home with minimal equipment and do not need access to a gym. 

A. UPDATE: This competition has now ended

Yes! We will award $1,000 to each of the top 10 Summer Shred transformations. 

Plus, we’ve partnered with Lusso Tan, who’ll be giving away a Flawless Tanning Mitt, a Sunless Tanning Brush, and Tanning Mousse in a shade of the winner’s choice: medium, dark, or ultra dark – every day of the Shred. A. These fat-burning workouts aim to do one thing: get you shredded for Summer. These five 30-minute, follow-along workouts can be done either at home or in the gym with dumbbells. The circuit workouts follow our core bodybuilding principle of training each body part throughout the week. 

NOTE: The workouts do not replace any current weight training you might be doing, but are designed to supplement existing exercise.

A. The training is designed to be done five times per a week, at home or in the gym with light dumbbells. It’s a follow along, 30-minute workout that includes a warm up and cool down. The training isn’t designed to replace any current weight training schedules, but to be done in addition. Cardio is also optional but we recommend that members try to get in 15,000 steps each day to push their results even further.

A. You will need access to Facebook for the program because all the workouts, content, and group interaction will be happening there.

A. Yes, you get meal plans, recipes and shopping lists that cover the 4 weeks of the program. NOTE: These are not soy or gluten free.

A. The meal plan follows a four-week calorie drop. For 6 days, you eat a carefully-controlled diet, and then enjoy a refeed day on Day 7 to give your metabolism a short break.

A. The meal plans are vegan and do not cater to any specific dietary requirements. If you have any allergies, you can simply eat in your own preferred way over the four weeks. Or, if you follow the meal plans and a recipe contains an ingredient you don’t like or doesn’t fit with your dietary requirements, simply choose another ingredient instead.
