Where there is a will, there is a way! Don’t let anything stop you from making it work. You deserve a fitness routine that makes you feel amazing.

A: Yes.! The 4 Week Shred is designed to maintain the muscle you already have and shred away fat - rather than build a ton of new muscle. So, even though you may look more ripped at the end, you definitely won’t look bulky. Rather, you’ll be even MORE of a sleek, sexy goddess.

Women have different needs and the program provides the exact method to work out your individual protein and carb requirements.  This time around we have also provided meal plans for both men and women. However, the workout programs work equally well for men and women, as you choose your own weights and resistance. Straight up, like really straight up?
