A: This program has a completely different approach, goals and workouts from the 4 Week Shred. There is not one part of it that is the same.
The 4WS is meant to be done as a one time, quick-get-hot fix (such as for a wedding, event or the like). The 4WS is NOT meant to be repeated back-to-back. In fact, doing the 28 day program on repeat could be potentially HARMFUL to your metabolism. It’s called a diet for a reason. There’s a start and end date...it’s not meant to be cycled over and over..
That’s why I created this 12-week program - as an in-between stepping stone from the 4WS, which is only about burning fat. In contrast, this program has a focus on also sculpting muscle and is far less time consuming - with only 1 hour of workouts 6 days a week...and more food options.
(i.e. You CANNOT eat a banana on the 4WS. Hell no to sugar. Totally allowed in the 12WS.)
